Red Aspen was created by three friends, Jesse, Genie, and Amanda, in October 2017. They started Red Aspen to help inspire women to stand together by uniting passion with purpose. The company’s core values are playful, curious, courageous, and fulfilled. These traits were chosen because the founders wanted to encourage Brand Ambassadors to be their best selves and be unique.
The company’s line includes nail, lip, brows, eyes, and face products. Their signature product is their lashes, which are made with silk and faux mink. They have a variety of styles that are sure to be perfect for every occasion. They even have some lashes that have glitter and are perfect for a night out.
Red Aspen has a Lash Loyalty box that sends subscribers lashes each month at a 10% discount. Customers can change their lash selection and quantity anytime, and also will always receive free shipping. As a bonus, subscribers can cancel at any time and aren’t looked into a contract.
Brand Ambassadors start with a 25% commission but can work their way up to 35% if they meet certain sales qualifications. Ambassadors can also earn bonuses and additional commissions through hitting sponsorship or team-building quotas.
All commissions are paid directly in your Red Aspen Vault on the 7th of each month. You can choose to receive your money either through a Red Aspens commissions card that you order, or you can link your bank account to the Vault account to get the money that way. Having a Red Aspen Vault card has its advantages because you can place orders through your card.
You can start your very own Red Aspen business for just $80. The start-up kit includes four sets of lashes, lash adhesive, and a lash applicator, branded accessories, an e-business subscription, and access to training videos. When you purchase your start-up kit, you also have the option to add on a brow system kit.
The first three months of the website is included in the start-up kit, and after that, the Brand Ambassador will be charged a monthly fee. The Ambassadors can also choose to create their own external website.
Quotas to Maintain Active Status
To stay active, the Ambassador must sell at least 120 in personal sales volume each month.
New brand ambassadors can participate in a “Dashing Start” for the opportunity to earn a Dash Box, which contains products and business tools. With a Dash Box, you never know exactly what you will be getting until the box arrives. The Dashing Start bonus is based on achieving certain sales and sponsoring milestones your first two months as a brand ambassador.
During the weekly meetings, Red Aspen highlights a list of individuals. These brand ambassadors have the top personal sales volume for the month, enroll the most active sponsors that month, or hosted the largest pop-up store that month. The winners each moth have the chance to win prizes.
Every year, Red Aspen recognizes four brand ambassadors that best represent their core values – fulfilled, curious, playful, and courageous. The ambassadors are nominated by their fellow ambassadors. The honorees receive a trophy and are showcased on the company's website and Facebook group.
In addition, once you reach certain sales milestones (i.e., a quarter million in sales), Red Aspen rewards their ambassadors with a special prize. They will receive a day out on the town, a weekend getaway, or an invitation to the Red Aspen's headquarters and a dinner in your honor.
Age or Location Requirements
All brand ambassadors must be 18 or over and located anywhere in the United States.
Less than two years old, Red Aspen is a fairly new opportunity.
