Keep Collective was started from the established and well-known company of Stella & Dot. The company is based in the United States, but has recently expanded into Canada. The mission of Keep Collective is to help individuals tell a story through the jewelry they are wearing, their very own keepsakes. It is a tangible reminder of the things in life that individuals find most important to them.
The jewelry pieces are custom-designed by hand. The materials used are high quality and responsibly sourced. They offer free shipping as well as free returns.
As a Designer, you will be able to sell jewelry through a personal website or by having a design party, which is called a Design Session. These sessions can take place anywhere you choose. There is no need to have prior experience with jewelry or with sales for that matter. You will receive the training, tools, and support needed to build a business that is as large or small as you would like it to be. A mentor will be assigned, if one is not chosen, to provide additional coaching.
You will also be a part of a community that has local meetups, weekly training calls, and online tools that can be accessed around the clock. This company is about empowering women and for them to look at this opportunity as a means of serving, not selling. It is about connecting with a person, listening, and helping them tell their own, unique story through jewelry. It is about building lasting relationships.
