J.Elizabeth Boutique was created to help you express who you are as a person. They live by the mantra, “Whatever makes your soul happy, do that,” and have built a fashion line to help others do just that. J.Elizabeth is a versatile brand with women's, men's, kids, and accessories lines. Some of the shirt styles they sell include crew neck and v-neck shirts, long sleeve hoodies, two-toned (baseball T) shirts, racerback tanks, and kid’s shirts. Many of their shirts are graphic tees that come with cute sayings on them and typically cost around $20-$30 per shirt.
Customers can choose to either purchase individual items on the J. Elizabeth website, or they can opt into Soul. Soul is a monthly surprise that includes a variety of objects like accessories, water bottles, hats, and clothing items. This monthly box will give you access to things that you can’t purchase on the regular website. The items in the boxes are all curated and picked just for the customer to fit their needs and desires.
The company started the JE Foundation, and a portion of all the sales from the particular line of clothes will go to support women who are struggling with infertility or going through IVF and can’t afford their treatments.
Stylists who join the company will do a lot of their marketing through social media and sharing the product.
All stylists start off earning 20% commission but can work their way up to a 25% commission. The commission is based on lifetime sales; once you reach a certain level of sales, you will never regress to a lower level of commission. As with most direct sales companies, the more people you add to your team, the more you can earn, as you will receive a percentage of their sales as well. You also will get paid based on what your downline does, regardless of how much you sell. Even if you sell nothing, but your team does, you can still earn commissions.
The weekly pay period ends each Thursday, and commissions are paid on the following Friday – eight days later. This weekly pay structure is one of the biggest benefits to working with J. Elizabeth.
Unlike many other direct sales companies, there is not a start-up kit to purchase with J. Elizabeth Boutique. You simply enroll for $10 a month, and you get access to your very own personalized website, training, and are connected with a community of fellow stylists. For the first month, that $10 fee is waived.
Every month you get charged $10 which goes toward your website. You will be charged this amount each month, regardless of how much you sell.
Quotas to Maintain Active Status
There are no minimums or inventory required. Therefore, if you do decide to end your business relationship with this company, you have to ensure you notify them via the proper channels to ensure you aren’t getting charged each month.
You don’t get a discount on items that you purchase yourself, but if you do choose to buy items, you will receive a commission on it. Therefore, some people prefer to purchase products that sell out fast so they can then sell to their social group.
Age or Location Requirements
All stylists must be over the age of 16. Currently, they ship to both Canada and the US, but consultants must be located in the US.
J.Elizabeth is a brand new company that was launched two years ago in December of 2017, but they already have 7000 consultants around the country. If you love graphic tees and would like to join a newer company that isn’t overly saturated by other consultants, then check out J. Elizabeth.
