Compensation: When you “begin your journey to the bon LIFE™,” as a consultant, the company will ask your financial goals and help you achieve them. You’ll earn 20% of all sales and bag bonuses as you build a team. As you advance in rank, and meet your monthly sales requirements, you’ll begin to earn extra commission from 5% to11%. Once you hit Group Leader level you’ll start snagging rank advancement bonuses, from $200 to $1000, for each rank up to 4 Star Chef. Additional bonus opportunities are available for PVC, generations and promoting your Group Leaders.
Start Up Costs: There are two starter kit options to begin your bon COOK consultant journey, option one is the $199.95 BUSINESS STARTER, which comes packed full of pieces from their bakeware and kitchen essentials collections. Option two is the FRENCH PANTRY STARTER which includes the BUSINESS STARTER kit as well as a $49.95 add-on containing key ingredients featured in their exclusive cooking class recipes. Both options include around the clock care team support, a personal website, an online office with sales analytics, training and social media tools.

Cash, free products and a trip to Paris are all attainable for the company’s top consultants; fail to reach your required sales in a three-month period, however, and run the risk of having your consultant agreement canceled and your downline transferred to your next active upline.
